Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the EPC Project Manager and oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion and warranty periods.

You will manage safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, and documentation turnover for EPC, Construction Management, and Program Management projects. Collaborate with client relations and engineering teams to deliver on project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 10+ years relevant project management experience in the Transmission & Distribution industry required.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access).
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety programs and promote Health & Safety performance of project teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and critical objectives.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and interface for proposals and project items.
• Manage risk reviews, contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Oversee project financing, budgets, cash flow, and reporting.
