Job summary

New River Electrical Corporation seeks a qualified Project Manager III or Senior Project Manager to lead large EPC projects, owning PM and financial performance. You will drive planning, bids, procurement, schedule, and risk management while delivering customer satisfaction.

As SME for EPC execution, you will mentor teams, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and ensure successful project lifecycle management with strong governance and training.

Qualifications

• Ten years of construction project management experience in a highly complex environment
• Five years as a Project Manager III or similar capacity
• Experience in leading and developing teams
• Proficiency in P&L, budgeting and financial reporting

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with existing customers and expand EPC book of business
• Review RFPs, contribute to bidding strategy and pricing
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement for bids and responses
• Develop and implement the Project Management Plan (PMP) including engineering, procurement, construction, scope, cost, quality, risk, and communications
• Lead engineering teams to deliver engineering deliverables per project schedule
• Provide training to project teams on best practices
• Manage relationships with professional service providers to meet performance expectations
• Maintain stakeholder and customer interface to resolve changes and schedule conflicts
• Ensure effective cash flow management, financial reporting and change order tracking
• Exhibit proficiency in contract negotiation and risk management
• Mentor and guide project team members
• Support monthly WIP and revenue reconciliation
• Demonstrate business ethics and alignment with company culture
