Qualifications

• 10–20 years of construction operations experience.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing strategies and staffing levels.
• Drive workforce planning aligned with the construction baseline schedule.
• Oversee readiness and gate reviews before mobilization and major activities.
• Deliver construction execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
