Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead EPC and service construction for power projects, including conventional and combined cycle plants. You will align resources, manage field execution, and ensure safety, schedule, cost, and quality across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10-20 years of construction operations experience across assigned area of operations.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing strategies, including workforce planning and staffing alignment.
• Drive workforce planning against the construction baseline schedule.
• Oversee readiness reviews prior to mobilization and major activities.
• Deliver construction execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
• Promote safety, health, and project specifications while supporting Project Managers.
• Develop and review construction execution plans and change management processes.
