Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead EPC and service delivery for conventional, simple cycle and combined cycle power projects. The role ensures optimal resources, tools, and strategies to achieve on‑time, on‑budget, and safe execution.

Travel to project sites is required and you will guide decisions within your area of responsibility. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in EPC construction operations, strong leadership, and a track record with large projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction or equivalent experience.
• 10–20 years of construction operations experience in EPC environments.
• Experience leading large industrial projects and reporting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing and staffing to meet project baselines.
• Drive construction readiness, planning, and gate reviews.
• Deliver on schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives.
• Develop execution plans, manage change, and coach teams.
