Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a Construction Operations Manager to lead high‑impact construction execution for EPC and service projects in advanced power generation, including conventional, simple cycle, and combined cycle. You will ensure the right resources, tools, and strategies are in place to drive successful delivery and growth.

The role requires 10+ years in construction operations (EPC exposure), a relevant engineering or construction degree, and proven leadership on large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10-20 years of construction operations experience, depending on area of operation, with pre-employment checks described.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing strategies, staffing levels, and role alignment.
• Drive workforce planning aligned with construction baseline schedule.
• Oversee readiness and gate reviews prior to mobilization and major activities.
• Deliver project execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Promote safety and compliance while supporting Project Managers.
