Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Construction Operations Manager to lead high‑impact construction execution for EPC and service projects in advanced power generation, including conventional, simple cycle and combined cycle. You will ensure resources, tools, and execution strategies are in place to drive successful project delivery within your area of responsibility.

The role requires 10+ years in construction operations, strong leadership, and a track record on large projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10-20 years of construction operations experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing strategies and workforce planning to align with baseline schedule.
• Oversee construction readiness and gate reviews prior to mobilization and major activities.
• Deliver construction project execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, alliance partners, subcontractors and project teams.
• Develop and review construction execution plans including staffing, scheduling, materials, and risk assessments.
