Black & Veatch Corporation seeks an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead EPC and service projects in advanced power generation, including conventional, simple cycle, and combined cycle facilities. You will ensure resources, tools, and execution strategies are in place to deliver on schedule, budget, and safety objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in construction operations, a engineering or construction degree, and proven site leadership on two major projects over $200 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction or equivalent.
• 10-20 years of construction operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead craft resourcing strategies and staffing alignment.
• Drive workforce planning and readiness prior to major activities.
• Deliver construction project execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Build relationships with clients and subcontractors; coach direct reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
