Job summary

PenthPentair plc, based in Conroe, TX, seeks an EPC Account Representative to drive revenue within established accounts and pursue new business opportunities in global oil and gas markets.

The role requires strong relationship-building, strategic account planning, and collaboration with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and bids. Domestic and international travel will be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in sales or market development within petrochemical/oil and gas industries.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for project tracking and sales reporting (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales revenue within established accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
• Establish and achieve EPC sales goals, growth targets, and new customer acquisition in global markets.
• Develop and execute the EPC sales strategy for oil and gas markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.
• Lead bid and proposal activities by understanding customer needs and RFQs.
