Job summary

Pentair is seeking an EPC Account Representative to join our Conroe, TX team. You will develop and manage key relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales within petrochemical and oil & gas markets.

Collaborate with regional sales teams and internal partners to communicate value, optimize solutions, and deliver strong results across the sales cycle. This role requires significant travel and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience in supporting industrial/EPC/project-based customers.
• 7+ years in industrial sales, account management, business development, or market development.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial distribution, business, or related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales revenue within established accounts and pursue new business opportunities through key relationships.
• Establish, manage, and achieve EPC sales goals, growth targets, and new customer acquisition in global markets.
• Develop and execute the EPC sales strategy, aligning resources across the organization to support oil and gas business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Engineering and others to ensure alignment and execution.
• Lead bid and proposal support by understanding customer needs, RFQs, specs, and application information.
• Partner with end users and internal teams to develop innovative solutions, expand market share, and penetrate new markets.
• Drive performance against sales plans, provide forecasts and reporting for monthly/quarterly/annual objectives.
• Build, support, and strengthen EPC sales capabilities.
• Review customer requirements to determine best-fit technology or solution.
