Job summary

Flowserve Corporation seeks a high-impact Sales Engineer to champion engineered flow control solutions across premier EPC accounts in North America. You will drive project specifications, capture major capital packages, and align Flowserve’s equipment portfolios with Tier 1 engineering houses.

This role leverages senior EPC relationships from FEED through final PO award, with opportunities across Power, LNG, Mining, and Specialty Chemicals. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on technical sales experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of proven technical sales and commercial capture experience selling severe-service equipment to EPC contractors.
• Thorough understanding of EPC project lifecycles, commercial risk terms, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and technical engagement with Tier 1 EPC contractors to secure equipment specifications.
• Drive multi-million-dollar project capture strategies across Power, LNG, Mining, and Specialty Chemicals.
• Cultivate relationships with project directors and procurement executives across engineering accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to structure winning technical proposals and bids.
• Identify and monitor early-stage capital projects across North America through FEED to final award.
• Maintain pipeline, bookings, and forecasts via enterprise CRM.
