Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an senior environmental professional to review, evaluate, and implement environmental requirements for power and industrial projects in the U.S. This role emphasizes growing the environmental services footprint through client relationships, strategic pursuits, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in environmental compliance and permitting for power/industrial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex programs.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Familiarity with NEPA, CAA, CWA, and RCRA regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental regulatory review and compliance across major projects.
• Drive business development by expanding client relationships within power/industrial sectors.
• Oversee proposals, qualifications, and interviews for environmental services.
• Mentor junior staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
