Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Otay, CA seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth by building long-term client relationships and selling across service lines.

You’ll prospect, network at industry events, manage pipelines in CRM, and travel regionally to meet clients. A Bachelor’s in Business or environmental fields and 3+ years of consultative sales are required; Sandler training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in Environmental Services.
• Experience with Sandler structured sales methodology.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance or desire to become a subject matter expert.
• Must be self-starter with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate’s customers and partners.
• Master and sell all service lines with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Conduct strategic prospecting using referrals and industry events.
• Cold call new prospective companies matching target profile.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments to offer strategic advice.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Education, and Healthcare.
• Use CRM to manage pipelines and track progress.
