Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Otay, CA. We are a results-driven environmental services firm focused on building long-term client relationships and driving growth.

The ideal candidate will close deals, expand our North American presence, and deliver tailored solutions while ensuring compliance and high customer satisfaction. Base: $150k-$250k with uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies.
• 3+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably in Environmental Services.
• Experience with the Sandler sales methodology.
• Knowledge of environmental compliance, regulations, or willingness to become a subject matter expert.
• Self-starter with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the WOW to Triumvirate’s internal and external customers.
• Master and sell all service lines, partnering with internal teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Conduct strategic prospecting including referrals and industry events.
• Cold call new prospective companies matching our target profile.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments to offer tailored advice.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
• Maintain high sales activity regionally and travel as needed.
