Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an experienced environmental professional to support utility projects focusing on stormwater management, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 6–13+ years of experience, a BS in Environmental Science or related field, and experience with Phase 1 ESAs, NPDES, and 404 permitting. Expect field and office work with regular client interaction and travel around 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• BS in Environmental Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–13+ years of progressive environmental experience.
• Experience with linear utility projects and regulatory permitting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for utility line projects.
• Prepare environmental documents and permit applications (NPDES, 404).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Travel to client sites approximately 25% of the time.
• Support proposals, cost estimates, and business development.
