Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking an experienced environmental professional to support environmental, regulatory and water resources projects for utility clients. Ideal candidates have 6–13+ years of experience, a BS in an environmental field, and strong capabilities in stormwater management, NPDES permitting, and Phase I ESAs.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client interactions while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• BS degree in environmental science or related field plus6–13+ years of experience.
• Experience leading environmental, regulatory, and water resources projects for utility clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for utility line projects.
• Prepare environmental documents and permit applications including NPDES and 404 permits.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and team members.
• Travel to client sites and project locations, estimated at 25%.
• Support business development, proposals, and cost estimates.
