Qualifications

• 15 years of consulting experience in the state of South Carolina
• Experience with environmental requirements of SC DOT projects and coordination with SCDOT
• Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, and fees
• Wetland plant and soils identification skills
• Proficiency in GIS and environmental reporting

Responsibilities

• Assists in scope of work, fee proposals, and responses to RFPs
• Engages in business development opportunities
• Manages projects and coordinates with regulators
• Supports NEPA documentation and environmental impact analyses
• Oversees permit applications under Clean Water Act sections 404/401 and related regulations
• Documents methodologies and findings from field investigations
• Characterizes environmental resources and collects data in the field
• Creates maps and graphics using GIS software
• Writes technical environmental reports and delineation reports with supervision
