Qualifikationen

• Experience with environmental requirements of SC DOT projects and coordination with SCDOT.
• History of managing environmental aspects of transportation and other infrastructure projects, including permitting and agency coordination.
• Experience preparing proposals, scopes of work, and fees.
• 15 years of consulting experience in South Carolina.
• Wetland plant and soils identification skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS.

Aufgaben

• Assists in preparing scopes of work, fee proposals, and responses to RFPs.
• Engages in other business development opportunities.
• Supports NEPA document preparation, including setting and impact analyses.
• Assists and/or manages permit applications (e.g., Clean Water Act) with regulatory coordination.
• Documents methodologies and findings of field investigations.
• Characterizes and assesses environmental resources such as wetlands, waters, soils, and wildlife.
• Collects resource data and samples during field investigations.
• Analyzes and manages data collected during field work.
• Determines locations, scale, and impacts to natural resources.
• Collects GPS field data; creates maps and GIS graphics.
• Writes natural environmental technical reports and related documents.
