BKF is seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist and Project Manager to support California environmental consulting practice. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science required.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive leadership roles with oversight of cultural resource professionals.
• Strong understanding of federal and state environmental regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental permitting processes and regulatory compliance.
• Develop project budgets and task descriptions, manage budgets and communicate with clients.
• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Possibly serve as project biologist or wetland delineation expert when qualified.
