Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, law, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management and environmental permitting experience in consulting.
• Experience with waterfront/climate resiliency permitting is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Identify environmental regulatory requirements for projects.
• Coordinate with resource agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop federal, state, and local permit applications.
• Present at public meetings when required.
• Manage projects, budgets, and teams to deliver outcomes.
