Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in consulting or equivalent.
• Experience with coastal resilience permitting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify environmental regulatory requirements for projects.
• Coordinate with resource agency personnel.
• Prepare and review technical reports.
• Develop federal, state, and local permit applications.
• Present at public meetings.
• Manage proposals, budgets, and project teams.
• Support business development efforts.
• Lead field work coordination.
