Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or Geology required; MS/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in environmental consulting with 5+ years in business development.
• PE/PG preferred; PMP/CHMM a plus.
• Proven track record originating and winning private-sector enviro projects.
• Experience leading proposals, captures, estimates, and project finances.
• Strong written/verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by identifying and expanding private sector client accounts.
• Lead capture and proposal strategy, pricing, staffing, and proposal writing.
• Lead, motivate, and manage project teams to meet schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality and safety across projects.
• Maintain client satisfaction and develop long-term relationships.
• Ensure QA/QC and regulatory compliance across engagements.
