The role combines technical leadership on landfills, remediation sites, and related systems with business development and client engagement to expand Geosyntec’s market share. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, geotechnical, geological engineering or related field (required)
• Advanced degree preferred
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage geoenvironmental projects including landfills, remediation sites, transfer stations, and surface impoundments.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and responsive consulting to clients on geoenvironmental issues.
• Support business development, client relationship management, and proposal preparation for solid waste clients.
• Oversee project execution from investigation through design, construction, and post‑closure monitoring.
• Mentor staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across planning, permitting and construction.
