Job summary

PSARA Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental investigation and remediation projects and to mentor a team of engineers, geologists, and scientists. You will nurture client relationships and support strategic initiatives with the Vice President of Project Operations.

You will also contribute to business development efforts and guide junior staff in technical and professional growth, working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering, or civil engineering is required.
• Experience leading environmental projects and teams in a consulting setting is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of environmental investigation and remediation projects.
• Partner with the VP of Project Operations to support strategic initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, geologists, and scientists.
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Support business development and proposal efforts.
• Guide the technical and professional growth of junior staff.
