Job summary

Roux is seeking an environmental project manager to lead investigation and remediation projects, while developing technical staff to meet client and organizational needs. The role combines project management with hands-on data review and client interaction to deliver compliant, cost-effective solutions.

The candidate will coordinate field activities, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff, contributing to growth of the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is required.
• 7+ years environmental consulting experience required.
• Professional certifications as applicable or equivalent experience with a licensed professional.
• Senior level interpretation work including remedial cost estimates and future measures.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: schedule resources, manage budgets, ensure invoicing aligns with standards.
• Technical Data Review: coordinate data collection and prepare remediation recommendations.
• Proposal Preparation: assist with cost estimates and marketing activities.
• Staff Mentoring: support development of junior staff and growth of the team.
