Job summary

Roux seeks a senior environmental project manager to lead investigations and remediation projects, and to mentor technical staff for client and organizational growth. The role focuses on project oversight, data review, and reporting aligned with WDNR requirements, with emphasis on effective client communication and budgeting.

The position balances field and office work, guiding teams through complex projects and maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 15 years of environmental consulting experience.
• P.E. certification or equivalent experience if not certified as P.E.
• Experience with WDNR environmental regulations and permitting processes.
• Advanced data evaluation and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, scheduling, and coordination of resources to meet client needs.
• Coordinate data collection, review results, and prepare remediation recommendations for principal review.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and marketing activities.
