Job summary
Viron Compliance Group is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the sales process for environmental compliance services across Europe. You will engage manufacturers, online sellers, importers and international brands to build lasting business relationships.
You will lead a blend of direct B2B sales, business development and indirect channel partnerships, with support from technical specialists to ensure compliant solutions.
Qualifications
- Several years of consultative B2B sales experience in environmental compliance or regulatory services.
- Experience with Extended Producer Responsibility and packaging, WEEE, batteries is essential.
- Ability to lead initial commercial conversations and develop long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own B2B sales pipeline.
- Identify and approach companies needing environmental compliance services.
- Handle inbound enquiries and create new sales opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and markets.
- Present services clearly and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Build long-term relationships and explore referral partnerships.
