Job summary

Viron Compliance Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager - Environmental Compliance to own the end-to-end sales process with manufacturers, online sellers, importers and international brands needing environmental obligations support.

You will combine direct B2B sales with business development, building new indirect channels and strategic partnerships, while working remotely within Germany.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in consultative B2B sales within environmental compliance, EPR, recycling or regulatory services.
• Strong understanding of packaging, WEEE and battery compliance a plus.
• Able to lead commercial discussions independently and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own B2B sales pipeline.
• Identify and approach companies that could benefit from our services.
• Handle inbound enquiries and actively create new sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and understand client business, products and target markets.
• Present services clearly, practically and convincingly.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close agreements.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Develop partnerships with consultancies, marketplaces, logistics providers, tax advisers and other referral partners.
