Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation seeks a Regional Environmental Compliance Manager to oversee compliance across wastewater facilities. You will partner with Plant Managers, Operations, Laboratory, Engineering, and Corporate EHS to drive a robust environmental program and prevent violations.

You will lead audits, coordinate inspections, and implement corrective actions while delivering training and supporting permit activities. Travel ~50% as needed to sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
• 7+ years environmental compliance experience in regulated environments
• Experience across multiple facilities or regions
• Experience conducting compliance audits and supporting inspections
• Working knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations (pretreatment, wastewater, SPCC, stormwater)
• Experience developing corrective actions and root cause analyses
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel ~50%

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance across assigned region and partner with Plant Managers and Operations
• Provide technical guidance and promote proactive compliance culture
• Conduct routine compliance audits and support regulatory inspections
• Coordinate responses to regulatory requests and corrective actions
• Perform root cause analyses for permit exceedances and violations
• Deliver environmental compliance training to plant leadership
• Support permitting activities and regulatory reporting
• Build cross-functional relationships across Operations, Engineering, and Legal
