Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager in Independence, LA to drive growth across North America. You will cultivate long-term relationships, close strategic deals, and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored environmental solutions.

The role requires a proactive seller with industry insights, regional travel, and a commitment to regulatory compliance while advancing Triumvirate’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of consultative sales experience in environmental services or related field.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel regionally and attend industry events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW to internal and external customers and close deals.
• Master all service lines and coordinate with technical teams to provide high-value solutions.
• Prospect strategically, leverage referrals, and network at events and trade shows.
• Manage pipelines using CRM and maintain activity in assigned region.
• Understand regulatory trends (RCRA, OSHA) to offer tailored guidance.
