Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, environmental science, or related field.
• Five+ years in technical sales, project management, or customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to grow relationships and advance opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Self-directed, with good commercial judgment and prioritization.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory/account plan to drive new business and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline through prospecting and industry relationships.
• Lead discovery conversations to align opportunities with SGS capabilities.
• Develop customer-specific value propositions and advance opportunities to close.
• Manage a portfolio of customers and serve as customer advocate.
• Coordinate with Client Services and lab operations for effective handoffs.
