Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Telecommunications.
• Experience with Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise).
• Knowledge of ICM, CVP, CUCM.
• Experience with Unified Communications and Cloud VoIP.
• Certifications: CCNP or CCIE.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise VoIP and IP telephony solutions.
• Lead SIP, RTP, and call control deployment.
• Troubleshoot voice quality issues and optimize routing.
