Job summary

Via Logic LLC is looking for an Enterprise Voice Engineer to maintain and ensure the reliability of voice services for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Responsibilities include managing IP voice and video communications infrastructure, configuring network devices, and analyzing technical problems.

Ideal candidates should possess a DoD 8750 certification, extensive experience with voice platforms, and a current Secret security clearance. This role is essential in supporting the Defense Information System Network (DISN) services.

Qualifications

• Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya or Oracle voice platforms including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• Expertise in SIP internetworking signaling and call flow.
• Previously held active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks to maintain IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Manage, configure, troubleshoot voice and data network services.
• Perform system maintenance and support capacity planning.
• Configure Cisco or Juniper routing and switching devices.
