Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer to sustain and optimize a large, centralized IP voice and video communications network for the DISA. You will perform maintenance, fault analysis, and change management to ensure secure, reliable service.

Candidates should have DoD 8750 IAT II or Security+ CE, Cisco/Avaya/Oracle voice platforms experience, and hold an active Secret clearance. This role requires BS with 4-8 years of experience or MS with 2-6 years.

Qualifications

• Requires BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security+ CE or equivalent to meet requirement.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks to maintain a large, complex and highly resilient IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Manage, configure, troubleshoot and assure service supporting all aspects of a voice, video and data network.
• Configure Cisco or Juniper routing and switching devices.
• Develop technical policy, work instructions and reporting in support of an enterprise IP telephony network.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical problems utilizing foundational knowledge of SIP signaling and call-flows.
• Analyze and resolve remote site registration, signaling and media problems.
