Job summary

I2X Technologies is seeking an experienced telecommunications engineer to maintain and optimize a large IP voice and video network across multiple sites. You will configure voice routing, network policies and device profiles while ensuring security and reliability.

Applicants must hold an active Secret clearance and DoD 8750/IAT II or Security+ CE certification. The role emphasizes fault analysis, SIP signaling, and enterprise policy development within a government-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II or Security+ CE.
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya or Oracle voice platforms including CUCM, Cisco Unity, Cisco Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC and Avaya Aura.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large, complex IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice, video, and data networks; document diagrams.
• Perform system maintenance and capacity planning; document changes.
• Configure route plans, calling search spaces, device profiles, and policy rules.
• Analyze and resolve SIP signaling, remote site registration, and media problems.
• Provide input to technical policy and reporting for enterprise IP telephony.
