Job summary

CBTS is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead large-scale programs and portfolios, translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery, governance, and financial performance.

The role requires strong enterprise program management, portfolio governance, and cross-functional leadership with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 20+ years of professional experience in program or transformation leadership.
• Experience with enterprise programs, governance, and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise programs and portfolios from strategy through execution.
• Establish governance, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and forums.
• Define vision, operating models, and roadmaps aligned to objectives.
• Drive transformation to improve delivery maturity and efficiency.
• Own program financials including budgets, forecasting, and margins.
• Align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Design, QA, Operations, Finance, and Commercial.
• Act as executive escalation point for clients and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
• Ensure compliance with methodologies, security, audits, and quality frameworks.
• Mentor and develop Program Directors and delivery leads.
• Lead organizational change and service readiness activities.
