Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives. You will drive end-to-end programs, establish governance structures, and coordinate across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to deliver on strategic objectives.

The role requires extensive leadership of executive stakeholders, effective risk and budget management, and oversight of testing, releases, and delivery milestones.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years leading large-scale technology, transformation, or enterprise programs.
• Experience leading end-to-end technology transformation programs.
• Strong program governance: roadmap, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive reporting.
• Experience coordinating business, technology, operations, and external vendor teams.
• Strong vendor management and implementation oversight.
• Experience with executive stakeholders / steering committees and presenting program status to senior leadership.
• Experience overseeing testing/QA, release management, resource planning, issue resolution, and delivery.
• Ability to manage a complex program while representing the client's interests with a platform/vendor implementation team.
• FIS product/platform experience is a significant plus.
• Experience managing third-party banking technology vendors.
