Job summary

DTCC is seeking a Project Management Senior Associate in the Enterprise Transformation team. You will lead PM activities for complex initiatives, partnering with the business to remove barriers and ensure delivery on time and within budget in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will identify risks, drive stakeholder communications, and lead change adoption across IT, business, and vendors, leveraging Jira and Planview to track progress and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, data visualization, and storytelling.
• Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas and PivotTables.
• Experience with program/portfolio management software (e.g. Jira, Planview).

Responsibilities

• Drive business and function led changes across processes, technology, and organizational structures.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; define and assign action items; escalate as needed.
• Plan, organize and manage projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Communicate and collaborate across diverse stakeholders including IT, vendors, and partners.
• Challenge assumptions and execution approaches to improve outcomes.
• Partner to manage change adoption and stakeholder buy-in across teams.
• Track progress and measure success against business objectives.
• Support program or project leads to deliver outcomes.
• Align risk and control processes with day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk.
