Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a Program Director to oversee a portfolio of client engagements in its Enterprise Transformation practice. You will coach a matrixed team, drive end-to-end delivery, and partner with strategy, creative, technology, and commercial leaders to deliver high-quality, profitable outcomes.

This role emphasizes strategic and hands-on leadership, process optimization, and scalable delivery practices across multiple workstreams within a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program/project delivery leadership in a creative/digital agency or similar.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional programs across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality.
• Strong client management and communication skills; able to lead through ambiguity.
• Experience with enterprise technology and digital experience platforms; familiarity with major ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery across enterprise transformation initiatives, embedding agility and rigor into execution.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to translate strategy into structured, repeatable delivery approaches.
• Manage multiple concurrent timelines and dependencies across workstreams and stakeholders.
• Directly manage delivery expectations, tradeoffs, and timelines with clients and partners.
• Establish operating rhythms and governance across workstreams including intake, prioritization, and milestones.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on progress, budget burn, risks, and remediation plans.
• Own scoping and financial performance: estimation, resourcing, burn management, forecasting.
• Collaborate with go-to-market and commercial stakeholders to align delivery with growth objectives.
• Work with enterprise technology stakeholders to ensure practical adoption within client ecosystems.
• Lead and develop a matrixed PM/producer team with coaching and coverage planning.
• Collaborate with technical/platform stakeholders; familiarity with major enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
