South Jersey Industries is seeking a Director of Strategic Program Delivery to lead the enterprise transformation portfolio across capital and O&M work. Qualifications

• Experience managing an enterprise program portfolio spanning multiple concurrent programs and projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets (capital and O&M) with investor-grade reporting.
• Ability to stand up or reposition a PMO/transformation office to a strategic delivery engine.
• Strong governance and change enablement capabilities across a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of initiatives within the enterprise portfolio.
• Establish accountability structures and ensure teams are resourced to deliver portfolio commitments.
• Manage risk, interdependencies, and stage-gate processes across programs.
• Provide portfolio-level reporting and executive updates to leadership and Board.
