Executive Option is a veteran- and minority-owned consulting firm that helps public- and private-sector organizations modernize enterprise systems and optimize performance. We seek a client-facing consultant who can independently lead discovery, process analysis, and executive-ready deliverables across complex transformations.

The role is permanent with an enterprise-wide mandate, operating between business leaders and technology stakeholders. Hybrid work in the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business transformation, ERP or HR tech consulting.
• Experience leading discovery, mapping, elicitation for complex programs.
• Direct client-facing consulting with goal to deliver executive-ready outputs.
• Experience with HCM, payroll or workforce transformation preferred.
• Experience across multiple enterprise domains (financials, procurement, etc.).
• Understanding risk, controls, data, and implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support assessments, operating-model reviews, ERP implementations and post-go-live optimization.
• Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and validation sessions.
• Translate needs into functional, reporting, data, and security requirements.
• Maintain traceability from evidence to recommendations and decisions.
• Develop executive-ready deliverables and support proposals and staffing.
• Collaborate across client teams, vendors, and delivery partners.
