Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience leading process improvement and business transformation initiatives for Plan-to-Perform Value Stream.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification with experience coaching and developing practitioners.
• Experience applying DMAIC and DMADV/DFSS methodologies with measurable results.
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced process mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, from problem identification through sustained results.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and handoffs.
• Establish process visibility and baselines; drive root-cause resolution and sustainable controls.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve transactional workflows and validate outcomes.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture to align process and system capabilities.
• Quantify business impact in cost, quality, speed, and productivity; mentor leaders in continuous improvement.
• Serve as a founding member of the ETS Office and help set standards and governance.
