Job summary

Eaton's Corporate Sector seeks a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise role drives process excellence across Plan-to-Perform and SG&A transactional functions using Lean, process intelligence, and AI-enabled transformation.

You will lead enterprise standards, design AI-enabled workflows, and mentor practitioners, establishing the ETS Office and operating rhythms for future acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement and business transformation initiatives for Plan-to-Perform Value Stream.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and handoffs.
• Establish process visibility and baselines; drive root-cause resolution.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DFSS) to improve workflows.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture to align processes and systems.
