Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader to drive enterprise process redesign across the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding role blends Lean design with AI-enabled automation to improve R2R and transactional standards, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement and business transformation initiatives for Record-to-Report value stream.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions, from problem identification through sustained results.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste, variation, rework, and ineffective handoffs.
• Establish process visibility, measurement integrity, and accurate performance baselines; identify previously unmeasured work.
• Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream process conditions, not downstream symptoms.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve and redesign transactional workflows.
• Partner with process owners and Solution Architecture teams to align process, technology, and system capabilities.
