Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader to drive enterprise-wide process excellence within the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding role blends Lean design with AI-enabled automation to optimize SG&A and transactional work streams, delivering measurable business outcomes across the organization.

You will lead cross-functional improvements and establish enterprise standards as a founding ETS Office member.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading process improvement and business transformation initiatives for Idea-to-Realization value stream.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, process mining, and data analysis to identify waste and bottlenecks.
• Establish process visibility, baselines, and performance metrics; drive root-cause resolution.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve transactional workflows.
• Partner with owners and Solution Architecture to align process, technology, and systems.
