Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, data analysis, and process mining to identify waste and bottlenecks.
• Establish visibility, measurements, baselines, and governance for improvements.
• Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream conditions and redesigning workflows.
• Coach leaders in continuous improvement and capability building.
