Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader to establish the Eaton Transaction System (ETS) and drive enterprise-wide process improvements across SG&A and transactional functions.

You will design, observe, and redesign workflows with business stakeholders, using process mining and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes and to set standards for the “One Eaton Way.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years leading process improvement/transformation in R2R/value streams.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with coaching experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions from problem identification to sustained results.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, process mining, data analysis to identify waste and handoffs.
• Establish process visibility, baselines, and measurement integrity for performance.
• Drive root-cause resolution by improving upstream conditions and reducing downstream symptoms.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DFSS) to improve transactional workflows and governance.
• Quantify business impact in cost, quality, speed, risk and productivity.
• Coach leaders in continuous improvement and capability building.
• Help define enterprise standards for transactional processes and AI-enabled workflows.
