You will redesign workflows, apply process mining, and coach leaders, delivering measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, and cost while establishing enterprise standards across value streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced certs encouraged.
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with measurable results.
• Experience coaching leaders in value-stream design and governance.
• Strong analytical & process-mapping capabilities; DP/DFSS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes with observation, data analysis, and process mining.
• Establish measurement baselines and sustainable controls.
• Drive root-cause resolution and upstream condition improvements.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and standardize before automating.
• Coach leaders, build capability, and align with enterprise standards.
