Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Principal Transactional Excellence Leader for the Eaton Transaction System (ETS). This founding, enterprise-level role centers on transforming Quote-to-Cash and SG&A processes with Lean, process intelligence, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will lead cross-functional improvements, establish standards, and drive measurable business outcomes. As a founding ETS Office member, you will enable Global Process Owners, shape enterprise governance, and mentor practitioners while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of experience leading process improvement and business transformation initiatives for Q2C/Quote-to-Cash.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across corporate and transactional functions.
• Assess current-state processes using observation, stakeholder engagement, process mining, and data analysis.
• Define enterprise standards and AI-enabled workflows across transactional value streams.
• Coach leaders and teams in continuous improvement disciplines and capability building.
• Partner with Solution Architecture and Process Intelligence teams to align process, technology, and system capabilities.
