Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline or equivalent experience/certification
• 7-10+ years in enterprise telecommunications design, VoIP, UC platforms, call routing, SBCs, and related areas
• 5+ years with RingCentral or similar UCaaS, Microsoft Teams Voice/Direct Routing, and contact center platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise telecommunications infrastructure (VoIP, SIP, UC, contact center).
• Administer and optimize voice, messaging, and collaboration technologies.
• Manage carriers, service providers, and vendor relationships.
• Lead telecommunications projects from planning to post-deployment support.
• Configure and troubleshoot SBCs, call routing, and SIP trunking.
• Analyze performance and recommend reliability and cost improvements.
• Create and maintain technical docs and procedures.
• Provide technical support for complex telecom incidents.
• Evaluate emerging technologies aligned with business objectives.
• Support MACDs across a global user base.
